Return Policy

Us-patriot-crafts General Item Return Policy - In most cases, items shipped from us-patriot-crafts can be returned within 7-14 days after delivery or 14 days after shipment if the delivery date is not traceable.  You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. 

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.If a return is required, the merchant will not bear any return costs. The return costs shall be borne by the customer themselves.

30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Did your item arrive damaged, different or not working? If so you are protected and can , the procedure is outlined below.

1. Within 30 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. We will review your massage and contact you if we need more information.

     3.If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@us-patriot-crafts
